Vietnam’s top 30 destinations to visit for your holiday, as announced by the popular British travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler in October. According to the magazine, October is the beginning of the dry season in Vietnam’s northern and southern regions. During this time, you will be impressed by monumental natural spectacles and buzzing city scenes.
Vietnam’s top 30 destinations in the world

It highly recommends that tourists trek up to Sa Pa, the touristy area renowned for terraced rice fields in Northern Vietnam. Or you can sit on low plastic stools to take a sip and enjoy a cup of condensed-milk coffee in Ha Noi.

“In Sa Pa, the most popular activities are trekking the terraced slopes and staying with hill tribes, and the best way to do both is with Sapa O’Chau, a nonprofit homestay, and trekking service, which puts funds back into the community such as improving village schools and providing English classes to H’mong guides and street vendors,” according to the magazine.
In addition, the magazine also suggests taking a boat trip through the Mekong Delta. Here, you can immerse yourself in floating markets and local fruit orchards while feeling like you are a part of the cajuput forest.

“Don’t miss The Café Apartment in Ho Chi Minh City, a nine-story block stuffed with fairy-lit mini-boutiques and craft coffee stores,” the magazine also says. There is not just one coffee shop, but a plethora of them inside the building! You probably won’t find a place as unique as this outside of Viet Nam.
Located on Nguyen Hue Walking Street, the No.42 Cafe Apartment certainly stands out as one of the most impressive architectural destinations. This place has a lot of stores inside that will allow you to have a nice overlooking view at the walking passerby below.
Other destinations selected by the U.K. magazine for October also include India’s Darjeeling, France’s Provence, Italy’s Rome, the Japanese Alps, Bhutan, and Taipei.
Notably, Viet Nam is planning to welcome back vaccinated foreign tourists to the pristine island of Phu Quoc and other chosen localities including Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ninh, and Khanh Hoa this November. In addition, the government has permitted domestic flights to resume. Travel companies, hotels, and leisure activities have been able to welcome tourists with new normal requirements since October 10.
Are you ready to travel again? It has been a long time since we last traveled due to the pandemic, but with more and more areas starting to recover, tourism is getting better and it is getting easier for everyone to experience the world.
