The Loyalty Program Manager at MyTravelThru is responsible for gaining and retaining loyal customers with our brand through various tools and supports. The positions require a technical skill set and the ability to make judgments and adjustments according to customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Loyalty Program creation
- New enrollment via a landing page, SMS, email, etc
- Update points, status, and perk list for each category
- Work with Marketing Manager to study the customer’s demographic
- Work with suppliers to provide quality services and products as perks
- New enrollment for the paying program (paid loyalty program)
- Other tasks to be discussed during an interview.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- University or college graduated
- Experienced at least one year as Customer Experience Manager, Loyalty Manager, or Club Manager at a 5-star resort or in similar settings
- Strong technical skills
