The Loyalty Program Manager | MyTravelThru

The Loyalty Program Manager at MyTravelThru is responsible for gaining and retaining loyal customers with our brand through various tools and supports. The positions require a technical skill set and the ability to make judgments and adjustments according to customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program creation
  • New enrollment via a landing page, SMS, email, etc
  • Update points, status, and perk list for each category
  • Work with Marketing Manager to study the customer’s demographic
  • Work with suppliers to provide quality services and products as perks
  • New enrollment for the paying program (paid loyalty program)
  • Other tasks to be discussed during an interview.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • University or college graduated
  • Experienced at least one year as Customer Experience Manager, Loyalty Manager, or Club Manager at a 5-star resort or in similar settings
  • Strong technical skills
