The driver waited for us for a long time as our flight had been delayed.

Driver not on time. Had to wait. And not a easy wait.

Unhelpful driver. Gave no assistance with luggage , and ain an effort to get away , dropped me off at the top of Nieuwzijds Armsteeg, several blocks away from the Barbizon hotel, giving the tame excuse of being”unable to reach the hotel.” I have used your service before and the driver has always stopped outside the hotel.
I was left to drag two suitcases across the front of Centraaal Station to reach the hotel. Don’t use this driver.

De chauffeur was verder prima, maar de auto was te klein. In de kofferbak zit een gastank waardoor de bagage op het dak moest. De handbagage op zitbank zorgt voor onveiligheid dit geeft een onprettig gevoel. Je bagage op het dak en krap zitten. Dit is erg slordig van het bedrijf om een kleine auto te sturen. 2 grote koffers en 2 kleine handbagage moet makkelijk kunnen helaas zal ik volgende keer hier goed over nadenken.
