• Floor 1: The boarding area for international passengers is divided into four zones: the western area with gates C1-C6 has an Aerotrain stop connecting to the terminal. Passenger Terminal Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2 – T2)

Skybridge connects KLIA2’s Main Passenger Terminal and Satellite Terminal in just five minutes, allowing passengers to travel between the two buildings in less than ten minutes. The sky bridge is divided into two sections: the third-floor walkway for incoming passengers and the third-floor walkway for outgoing passengers.

Satellite Airport Terminal

The satellite terminal at KLIA2 has two floors and is located at the end of the Skybridge:

Piers in KLIA2

  • Pier L is intended to handle international arrivals and departures. For flight transfers, there is a transfer lobby near Pier L. Pier L is located on Level 2 in the departure hall, at the end of the public concourse.
  • Pier P is intended to serve international arrivals and departures. To get to Pier P, walk across the sky bridge from the departure hall to the satellite building. Go down to Level 2 of the Satellite Building and turn left to Pier P.
  • Pier Q (Pier Q): This pier is designed to handle international arrivals and departures. To get to Pier Q, walk across the sky bridge from the departure hall to the satellite building. Go down to Level 2 of the Satellite Building and walk straight to Pier Q.

Gateway@klia2 Complex

Gateway@klia2 is a shopping mall connected to T2, the main terminal building. There are four floors in the station:
• Level 1: The Transport Center area connecting the airport to the Express Rail Service, including bus, taxi, rental car, and personal vehicle pick-up and drop-off areas.
Bus and taxi ticket counters can be found here. Bandar Tasik Selatan, Nilai and Seremban, Johor, Malacca, and Perak are among the popular passenger bus routes.

• 2nd floor: A trendy and massive shopping mall right in the airport, with over 90 eateries and 110 retail stores. This floor also houses a ticket counter for KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit train services, as well as transit rooms and lounges.
