Job description:

  • Support and receive recruitment needs of departments in the company then process recruitment
  • Participate in preparing documents to welcome new employees,
  • Follow up a timesheet, payroll, incentive, bonus, allowance, tax income, and insurance …for employees
  • Working with VNPT software to track monthly social insurance contributions
  • Support internal communication, and internal connection to members and assist organization teambuilding, company trip, and program for the community of the company
  • Admin Office


  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • English (both verbal & written) is preferable
  • Senior Student of HR Management/Administrator Business qualification is preferable
