Job description:
- Support and receive recruitment needs of departments in the company then process recruitment
- Participate in preparing documents to welcome new employees,
- Follow up a timesheet, payroll, incentive, bonus, allowance, tax income, and insurance …for employees
- Working with VNPT software to track monthly social insurance contributions
- Support internal communication, and internal connection to members and assist organization teambuilding, company trip, and program for the community of the company
- Admin Office
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- English (both verbal & written) is preferable
- Senior Student of HR Management/Administrator Business qualification is preferable
