Job description 

  • Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes
  • Training and Development of the Employee
  • Maintain Company Culture and Employer-Employee Relations.
  • Manage Employee Benefits.
  • Create a Safe Work Environment.
  • Handle Disciplinary Actions.
  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and communication activities related to ongoing and annual benefits enrollment process, program, and performance


  • Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR
  • 1+ years in HR or recruitment
  • Able to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects and evaluate them systematically
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
