Job description
- Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes
- Training and Development of the Employee
- Maintain Company Culture and Employer-Employee Relations.
- Manage Employee Benefits.
- Create a Safe Work Environment.
- Handle Disciplinary Actions.
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and communication activities related to ongoing and annual benefits enrollment process, program, and performance
Requirements
- Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- 1+ years in HR or recruitment
- Able to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects and evaluate them systematically
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
