• Ground floor: The baggage claim area is divided into 2 gates B and C.

• 2nd floor: The departure hall area, you will do the security check procedures, enter the waiting room and board the plane here. Passengers in concourse B will board the plane at gates B6 – B27. Passengers in concourse C will board the plane at gates C2 – C11.

• 3th floor: This floor is currently under construction.

• 4th floor: An area connected to AirTrain to move between terminals.

• 5th floor: Domestic car park.

Serving domestic flights to and from American Airlines and Virgin America
The structure of Domestic Terminal 2 includes:

• Ground floor:  the Arrival Hall area and where passengers receive checked baggage.

• 2nd floor: Departure lobby area. Here, you will go through security procedures, enter the lounge and exit the boarding gate. This terminal includes boarding gates from D1 to D18. At the centralized checkpoint, passengers can move to the departure gates C and E.

• 4th floor: AirTrain Station to move between stations.

• 5th floor: Domestic garage.

Domestic Terminal 3 (North Terminal)

Serving United Airlines departures and arrivals to select cities in the United States.
This station includes the following functional floors:

• Ground floor: Arrival hall for domestic flights and baggage claim area.

• 2nd floor: The departure hall area, you will do the security check procedures, enter the waiting room and board the plane here. Passengers in concourse E will board gates E1 – E13. Passengers in concourse F will board gates F1 – F22.

The station structure is divided into:

• 2nd floor: Arrival hall and baggage claim. There are security, customs, and exit counters for connecting passengers. Outside this floor, passengers will find transportation to enter the city.

• 3rd floor: The main lobby of the International Terminal, also the Departure Hall. Here, passengers will check-in, enter the waiting room and wait for boarding. International Concourse A is located on the east side of the main hall with boarding gates A1 – 15. International concourse G is located on the west side of the main lobby with boarding gates G1 – G14. However, Concourse A is currently closed for repairs.

• 4th floor: AirTrain Station to move to other terminals in the airport. This floor also houses the BART Terminal, located adjacent to the car park on the way to Concourse G.

• 5th floor: International garage area Garage A and G.

How to Get Between San Francisco International Airport Terminals
