1. When the flight has arrived, our local supplier will contact you via WhatsApp. There is free Wifi at the airport. Please connect wifi and call or text our Customer Support.
2. After passport control and baggage claim, make your way to Arrivals GATE 14 ÇIKIŞ 14 (in Turkish). You will meet with our welcome staff at Q7 plate on the left hand side of the EXIT 14.
3. You will walk to the elevator and will go down to -2rd FLOOR with our personnel.
4. Tell your name to our greeters. After your name-checking is done, we’ll escort you to your vehicle. If you cannot find him, please wait for 1 or 2 minutes maybe he is escorting other passengers to the vehicle.
5. As now is peak season in IST airport, you may expect a delay of 10-15 minutes for our driver to arrive at the pick-up point from the parking lots.

3. After you go out from Arrival Exit 13 you will see Q7 plate on across 20m distance
